Our Crisis Communication and Information Management course introduces you to concepts and principles in crisis and risk information management. Focus on the crisis and risk communication strategies, processes, procedures, and systems used at each stage (pre-crisis, crisis, and post-crisis), and learn to develop crisis and risk communication plans. Explore the psychological and ethical issues in risk communication, and practice crisis and risk communication in simulated events.
