Building Code

Our Building Code subject explores many aspects of the Ontario Building Code, including accessibility construction. Here, you will find courses and programs that offer detailed technical training as well as overviews for experienced building practitioners who are planning to write the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MMAH) BCIN Building Code exams. Once you have completed at least one Building Code course, you will be eligible for a free one-year student membership with the Ontario Building Officials Association (OBOA).
