Time Series Analysis and Forecasting COMP 9785
Our Time Series Analysis and Forecasting course is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of time-dependent data and the techniques required to analyze and forecast trends, patterns, and future values. Time series data is prevalent in various industries (such as finance, economics, and marketing) where understanding past trends can help make data-driven predictions for the future. This time series course covers essential concepts of time series analysis (including trend analysis, seasonality, and stationarity) and various forecasting methods (including autoregressive integrated moving average and exponential smoothing). Through hands-on projects and practical applications, learn how to select and apply the most appropriate techniques for different types of time series data and how to make informed business decisions based on historical data trends.
