UX Project Management COMP 9713
Our UX Project Management course recognizes that navigating the business of design is just as important as the craft itself. Explore the ins and outs of everything from scoping a user experience (UX) project to delivering a final product, including selling yourself, managing client relationships, working in a collaborative team, and getting agreement. Learn to ensure successful integration with other teams by taking a deep dive into the fundamentals of project management and the related process frameworks used in the software development life cycle. Also learn how to create contracts that protect you and make it easy for you to get paid.
