Gas Technician 2B Practical HVAC 9070
Our Gas Technician 2 course is currently being offered in four parts: our HVAC 9067 Gas Technician 2A Theory (Online) course, our HVAC 9068 Gas Technician 2A Practical course, our HVAC 9069 Gas Technician 2B Theory (Online) course and this course (Gas Technician 2B Practical). You must complete all four parts at George Brown College to qualify to write the EX 02 TSSA Gas Technician 2 Exam.
Our Gas Technician 2B Practical course complies with the practical education portion of the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) training curriculum for the gas technician 2 (G.2) certification and includes modules 18 through 24. Together, this course and our HVAC 9068 Gas Technician 2A Practical course cover the practical training required for the G.2 certification.

Attendance Requirements:
You must attend 100% of the scheduled classes to qualify for the EX 02 TSSA Gas Technician 2 Exam.
Course Essentials:
You must have and wear your own CSA-approved safety footwear and protective eyewear while in shop areas.
Grade Requirements:
You must achieve a grade average of 75% or higher in this course and in each associated course (HVAC 9067 Gas Technician 2A Theory (Online), HVAC 9068 Gas Technician 2A Practical and HVAC 9069 Gas Technician 2B Theory (Online) to qualify for the EX 02 TSSA Gas Technician 2 Exam.
Prerequisites
You must have been contacted by the college and given permission to register for this course and you must have completed our HVAC 9069 Gas Technician 2B Theory (Online) course (no exceptions). Anyone who registers without prior permission will be removed from the course.
