Communication Courses via Continuing Education

The Continuing Education courses listed below are Ministry-approved credit courses accepted towards the communication requirements of most George Brown College diploma programs.

Full-time students at George Brown College are assessed as part of the admissions process and assigned to the required communication course(s), so no additional assessment is required. However, those who are not full-time students at the college must complete the required prerequisite course(s) or the General English Assessment (GEA) to ensure they register in the course appropriate for their skill level.

Note that the fees for these Continuing Education classes are not included in any other tuition fees. You register and pay for an individual course through the Continuing Education website. Access online registration through the course links on this page.

Disclaimer: If you are a full-time George Brown College student, you need to make sure you select courses that meet your program’s requirements. If you are unsure about the communication course requirements of your program, contact your student advisor or email comm@georgebrown.ca.
