Allan Bowman

Allan Bowman has been a licensed paralegal since 2005. Currently self-employed, Allan specializes in Provincial Offences Act matters. Prior to becoming a paralegal, he served with the Toronto Police Service for 30 years where his duties included traffic enforcement and investigation as well as instructional and general uniform duties. Allan has been teaching paralegal courses part-time since 2014.
