Bill Stamatopoulos

Bill Stamatopoulos has over 20 years of experience enforcing the Ontario Building Code as both an inspector and a plan reviewer. He has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in building science and construction management, and he holds the Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) designation. Bill is registered with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing as a Building Official (Supervisor/Manager) and has sat on a variety of sub-committees (at both the federal level and the provincial level) that deal with the review of Ontario Building Code regulations. He has been teaching Ontario Building Code and building science courses since 2000.
