Deborah Filice

Deborah Filice has worked within the property management sector since 1986. Her most recent role was as CEO for the Haldimand Norfolk Housing Corporation. In addition to having the Fellow Member of the Institute of Housing Management (FIHM) designation, Deborah is past president of the Institute of Housing Management Canada (IHM Canada), a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing Canada, a Certified Municipal Manager with the Ontario Municipal Management Institute, and a continuing board member with IHM Canada and Victoria Park Community Homes. She holds a degree in gerontology and health studies and a post-secondary diploma in social services, and she is currently working on her Master of Education degree in adult education. To promote education in property management, she is regularly involved in speaking engagements, conference workshops, specialized training events, and college curriculum development.
