Ed Cipriani

Ed Cipriani has been a facility and asset management professional managing multi-million-dollar assets since 1989. His experience includes developing and managing facilities-management strategies, preventative maintenance strategies, and capital projects. He also provides leadership for those managing facilities, staff, maintenance, contractors, consultants, and projects. Ed is skilled with asset management plans (ISO 55000), lifecycle capital programs, operating budgets, delivering technical support, and resolving end-user issues. He is also a member of the Institute of Housing Management, the Hamilton-Halton Construction Association, the Association of Architectural Technologists of Ontario, the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists, the International Facility Management Association, and the Institute of Housing Management. He has been Red Seal certified as a 309A Electrician – Construction and Maintenance since 1987 and has been an instructor since 1992.
