Frank Morris

Frank Morris is a human resources and learning and development professional. He is the author of The Book on Training Trainers, a compilation of his years of corporate and college/university teaching experience. Frank holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University and a master’s degree in adult education from Penn State University as well as several post-graduate certificates in teaching and training.
