Kim Tabac

Kim Tabac has been designing and executing people and culture strategies for leading organizations since 1999. Her focus has always been on building high-performing teams, designing impactful engagement strategies, fostering inclusive workplaces, and championing health and wellness. Kim currently runs her own executive advisory and human resources consulting practice and also serves as Executive in Residence (Chief Human Resources Officer) at MaRS Momentum where she guides high-growth companies on the path to success. Prior to those roles, she was Chief People Officer at League Inc. and Partner and Chief Talent Officer at Deloitte Canada. Kim also holds the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL), and Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) designations as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from McGill University.
