Sam Andrey

Sam Andrey is the Director of Policy and Research at the Leadership Lab at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University), where he works to develop leadership that builds a more inclusive society and makes progress on pressing public challenges. Sam previously worked for not-for-profit organizations and Ontario’s public service (including as Chief of Staff and Director of Policy for the Ontario Ministry of Education). During that time, he championed achievement, equity, and well-being in Ontario’s education and child-care systems; advanced equitable access to post-secondary education; and worked to reform the student financial assistance system.
