Artisan Bread Baking Program
Our Artisan Bread Baking Program recognizes that well-made and handcrafted breads are replacing their heavily processed and mass-produced counterparts in popularity. Artisanal breads are also incredibly popular and widely appreciated because they come in a variety of styles, textures, and flavours. With this bread baking program, learn not only the science of bread making but also the skills you need to produce small-batch, handmade breads from natural ingredients using professional techniques.
