Our Cake Decorating 3 course helps you take your cake decorating skills to the next level. Through demonstrations and hands-on practice, learn to design and produce a tiered wedding cake. Explore ribbon insertion, ruffling, pleating, draping, ruching, tufted billows and ribbon roses, as well as painting on sugar and the basics of working with isomalt.

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9057 Cake Decorating 2 course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
