Our Capstone California Wines course helps you deepen your understanding of California’s diverse wine regions and styles. This comprehensive course covers key topics, including the influence of California’s geography on viticulture; the American Viticultural Area (AVA) system; and the unique characteristics of such regions as Napa Valley, Sonoma County, and Paso Robles. Through practical theory and tastings, explore the state’s rich winemaking history and gain insights into notable producers and events that shaped its industry.
