Our Cocktails course teaches you how to craft a variety of classic and modern cocktails for entertaining and how to pair those cocktails with small dishes. Learn mixology basics so you can prepare the perfect martini, old fashioned, mojito, margarita, wine and beer cocktails, and much more. Also develop an understanding of common spirits and how to combine them with juices, syrups and more in an innovative way.

Prerequisites

You must be at least 19 years of age and you must have completed our HOST 9028 Smart Serve Training (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
