Our Construction Cost Control course teaches you how to use an effective cost control system in order to achieve the estimated profit on projects as well as to monitor and predict results. Explore the techniques used to control construction costs, with an emphasis on internal communications, accurate feedback, and the various uses of costing data.

This course has been recognized by the Canadian Construction Association (CCA) as Gold Seal accredited training with CCA credit value and by the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS) as a CIQS credit course.

Prerequisites

You must have a general understanding of construction/project management and basic Microsoft Excel skills.
