Construction Estimating 4 BLDG 9098
Our Construction Estimating 4 course uses a case study format to teach you how to apply unit prices to quantities in order to estimate for construction work. Learn how to price work (both your own force's and a subcontractor's), manage general expenses, and close the bid.
This course has been recognized by the Canadian Construction Association (CCA) as Gold Seal accredited training with CCA credit value and by the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS) as a CIQS credit course.
Prerequisites
You must have completed our BLDG 9097 Construction Estimating 3 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)

Exam Policies:
Final exams for all Estimating and Quantity Surveying online courses and some construction online courses are held on the same date in each term. If you are planning to register for more than one course in the same term, email cetech_construct@georgebrown.ca before you register.
