Construction Project Management BLDG 9213
Our Construction Project Management course teaches you the principles of and best practices in managing construction projects from inception to project close out. The focus is on current industry practices related to the procurement of design services and contractors, contract methods, and construction contract process management.
This course has been recognized by the Canadian Construction Association (CCA) as Gold Seal accredited training with CCA credit value and by the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS) as a CIQS credit course.
Prerequisites
You must have a general understanding of construction materials and methods.

Exam Policies:
Final exams for all Estimating and Quantity Surveying online courses and some construction online courses are held on the same date in each term. If you are planning to register for more than one course in the same term, email cetech_construct@georgebrown.ca before you register.
