Our Food and Product Photography course teaches you how to capture the essence of food and other products through photography. Learn to use various photographic techniques to convey subtle nuances of aroma, flavour, and sensuality in order to make the product visually appealing. Explore lighting, composition, camera choice, film choice, digital capture, problem solving, and experimental ideas.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our PHOT 9037 Digital Photography 1: Fundamentals course or you must have a similar level of experience.

You must have a digital single-lens reflex (DSLR) or mirrorless camera with manual control.
