Our Health and Wellness course teaches you about health in ways you can apply to your own life. Explore the concepts of wellness, holism and normal physical development, and examine aspects of healthy living (such as nutrition, exercise, safety, stress and rest).
Recommendations
You will have the most success in this course if you already have Grade 12 English before you start this course.

This course will be accepted as credit towards the General Education elective requirements of most full-time diploma and certificate programs. (Excluded programs include A102, A108, A109, C110, P101, P102, P105, S119, and S121.)
