Healthy Culinary Arts Program
Our Healthy Culinary Arts Program focuses on healthy cooking while it teaches you advanced culinary skills. The required courses give you the opportunity to work in a professional setting with professional chefs while you learn the techniques you need to better understand all aspects of healthier eating. Get a strong foundation of knowledge as you learn to plan and execute healthy and balanced dishes for different dietary specifications. Practice using a broad range of ingredients (including meats, fish, dairy, grains, legumes and a wide variety of vegetables), and enhance your skills in specialty cooking techniques by learning about new ingredients and equipment.
