Our Introduction to Aromatherapy and Reflexology course is intended for both individuals who are new to the world of holistic therapies and industry professionals looking to add additional skills to their repertoire. Consider the effects of different essential oils, and get the skills you need to blend them for a variety of applications. Study the principles of reflexology, and practice applying them by performing a relaxing foot treatment. Also learn how to combine reflexology and aromatherapy therapeutic practices to help harmonize the body.
