This interpersonal skills course addresses cognitive, affective, and behavioural domains within relational practice and integrates theoretical knowledge, critical reflection, and the lived experience with diverse clients in complex health environments. Practice structured reflection, communication skills, conflict management, and leadership/advocacy skills, and learn to apply an analysis of social, cultural, and legal variables to decision-making situations in order to promote relational capacity in interprofessional collaborative practice.
