Our European, African, and Asian Cheeses course explores the cheeses produced in Europe and other historic regions. This cheese course gives you the opportunity to acquire sensory skills and understanding as well as relevant historical knowledge. Consider regional expectations and laws, explore both ancient and recent cheese styles and learn about classic serving styles and pairings.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9342 Introduction to Cheese course or our HOSF 9479 Introduction to Cheese (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
