Our Cakes 3 course helps you further develop your skills by building on the recipes you learned in our Cakes 1 and Cakes 2 courses. Learn to apply the techniques you have acquired to a variety of new cakes, including dacquoise, mousse cake and cardinal slice. Also learn to assemble challenging contemporary cakes using new flavour combinations.

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9231 Cakes 2 course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
