Communication for Medical Unit Clerks MED 9000
Our Communication for Medical Unit Clerks course is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to communicate effectively within a healthcare environment. Develop an understanding of different healthcare situations/scenarios, including emergency situations, family situations, and health abnormalities. Then learn to apply critical thinking skills as you determine the best responses to be used in different forms of health communication.
