Our Sauces and Marinades course recognizes that sauces and marinades – whether perfected through careful preparation or à la minute finishing touches – are a cornerstone of modern cooking. Learn to make both classic and contemporary sauces and marinades, which use flavour, texture, and visual appeal to take your dishes to the next level.

You must have completed our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
