Our popular Culinary Arts Program helps you acquire a wide variety of skills to expand your culinary expertise. The required courses give you the opportunity to work in a professional setting with professional chefs while you learn the techniques you need to better understand all aspects of the culinary arts. Core courses help you build a strong foundation by focusing on fundamental techniques while elective courses help you round out your knowledge by teaching you about new ingredients and equipment, specialty cooking techniques, and regional styles.
