Our BBQ-style Cooking 2 course helps you expand your BBQ skills by giving you the chance to work with a wider range of ingredients and techniques. Become proficient in the art of balancing flavours as you focus on the best ways of cooking over an open flame. Consider global approaches to BBQ while you learn to cook lamb kofta, piri piri Cornish hen, grilled maple-mustard pork chop, bistecca alla fiorentina, Indian-style whole grilled fish, yakiniku beef, Hawaiian-style suckling pig and more.

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
