Our Eastern European Cooking course was developed to celebrate Eastern Europe's rich culinary history and tradition of robust dishes made from simple ingredients. Don't have a babushka's secret family recipe for perogies? This cooking course is perfect for you. Dive into the dynamic flavours of Eastern Europe as you learn how to create a variety of dishes, including chicken Kiev and khachapuri as well as borscht, cabbage rolls, plov, latkes, kasha, whole stuffed fish, and more.

Course Essentials:
You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.
Prerequisites
You must have completed our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
