Vietnamese Cooking HOSF 9539
Our Vietnamese Cooking course teaches you about how Vietnamese food incorporates complex complementary and contrasting flavours. Learn how to balance the distinctive refreshing flavours, varied textures, and vibrant colours that define the cooking of that region. Study the essential techniques for cooking the cherished dishes of Vietnam such as shrimp on sugar cane, banana flower salad, pho, bun cha, salad rolls, grilled beef with lemongrass, ice coffee, and more.

Prerequisites
You must have completed our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
