Our Vegetarian Italian Cooking course was designed with the knowledge that cooks throughout Italy like to feature local, seasonal vegetables in everything from a weeknight soup to an elaborate Sunday dinner. Learn how to make the best use of seasonal vegetables in recipes that come from a range of regions in Italy.

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9283 Vegetarian Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9496 Vegetarian Culinary Arts 1 (Online) course or our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
