Raw Vegan Food HOSF 9431

Our Raw Vegan Food course teaches you the various skills you need to prepare raw vegan dishes and menus and introduces you to the types of equipment used. Observe and practice dehydrating, juicing, fermenting, spiralizing and other techniques, and learn to create a variety of raw vegan appetizers, main dishes and desserts such as acai superfood smoothie, collard wraps, cauliflower rice, coconut yogurt and nut cheese.

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9283 Vegetarian Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9496 Vegetarian Culinary Arts 1 (Online) course or our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
